Get the new Android KitKat Keyboard for Android 4.0 and above [APK]

Having the rumors around and the leaked information about the much hyped Nexus 5 and the Android KitKat, people were eager to get their hands on ’em even before it was unveiled. Now that it is out, some unlucky people residing in countries where the device is not yet available and some unlucky souls who could not afford a Nexus 5 are disappointed.

A good news for many such people is that you can now install and use one of the cool feature on Android KitKat, the new Google Keyboard! The team from Android Police have managed to port the Keyboard from the Nexus 5. The apk is made available for download and can be installed on any android device that runs Android 4.0 and above versions.

One cool feature of the keyboard is the space-aware swiping gestures, which does not require you to take your fingers up between words but just swipe over the space bar and continue your gesture. The swipe trial is now in a white color which was blue earlier.Another added feature is the support for emojis.

The new Google Keyboard has built-in support for emoji which can be accessed bu long touching the enter/search key. These emoji will be in black and white combination if you don’t have Android Kitkat. So they wont be colorful to please your eyes. Yet you can use those emoji in your conversations.

The keyboard apk can be downloaded from the mirrors below (Links given below)

Install at your own risk. These are not official release of the app but from a third party.
